ServiceNow Enterprise Solutions Designer

Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a ServiceNow Technical Architect position at Manager level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative system solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise on governance, program management, and technical decisions.
• Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers, implementing quality standards and conducting architectural reviews.
• Operate as a trusted advisor in a Technical Design Authority capacity.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow capabilities and AI/GenAI innovations.

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Development & Technical Architecture.
• Leadership experience managing teams of ServiceNow Developers (5+ years preferred).
• Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
• Experience across multiple product lines outside of ITSM.
• Technical Design Authority experience with demonstrated trusted advisor capabilities.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
