About The Role

As a Senior Software Engineering Consultant, you will lead and contribute to high-impact initiatives that drive strategic outcomes across large-scale software engineering efforts. This contingent role requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex challenges involving multiple stakeholders and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation on complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Analyze and resolve multifaceted technical challenges, including those involving unprecedented or intangible factors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance requirements, and technical standards.
• Contribute to planning and execution of long-term engineering strategies and deliverables.
• Partner with client teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement across platforms and processes.

Technical Skills

• ServiceNow Platform Expertise:
• Performance Analytics
• UI Builder
• StreamConnect
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Development Experience:
• ServiceNow Development (4-6 years)
• General Software Engineering (6+ years)

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
• Proven ability to work on large-scale, complex systems and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and performance optimization.
