Quality Assurance Expert for ServiceNow Applications

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QA Tester who can help us build, maintain, and develop software that enables IT Service Management practices. Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to identify and document defects.
• Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various ServiceNow modules. Requirements:
• Proven experience in quality assurance and software testing with a focus on ServiceNow applications.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities and modules.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar tools.
