Job Title: ServiceNow IRM Architect

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow IRM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture and extensive hands-on experience configuring IRM modules aligned with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Define and implement IRM frameworks, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Business Continuity modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow IRM with external systems such as third-party risk tools, security tools, and data sources.
• Establish governance, best practices, and reusable patterns for IRM implementations.
• Provide subject matter expertise on NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks.
• Perform platform upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization as needed.
• Mentor developers and administrators in implementing IRM and related ServiceNow applications.
• Conduct workshops, design reviews, and architecture assessments to ensure scalable and compliant implementations.
