Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on new features and updates.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Document processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and execution.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with a GPA of at least 3.0.
• A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Foundational understanding of Microsoft Office 365 products.
• Basic knowledge of a software development language.
• Introduction to cloud applications.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Capable of exercising good judgment in completing responsibilities.

Compensation: USD 23.65 - 35.48 per hour based on qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities may also be available.
