Our client, a leading organization in the government and technology sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Integration Technical Lead Integrations to join their team. As a ServiceNow Integration Technical Lead Integrations, you will be part of the Integration Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide governance and technical guidance to scrum teams focusing on ServiceNow integrations.
- Develop governance documents, procedures, and best practices tailored to ServiceNow integration solutions.
- Collaborate with strategic leaders to scope, plan, and implement new integration projects.
- Mentor and train lead developers and developers on advanced integration techniques and methodologies.
- Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to recommend and implement innovative integration solutions.
What's Needed?
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and integration tools.
- Proficiency in REST API, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, and authentication methods like OAuth, SAML, and MFA.
- Strong understanding of integration architectures such as point-to-point and event-based systems.
- Experience with middleware platforms like Mulesoft or Kafka and troubleshooting tools like ServiceNow ecc_queue and mid servers.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
