Test an AI Tool that Automates ServiceNow Development (Service Account Required)

We’re testing Nexus, an AI builder that automates ServiceNow development by turning plain-English user stories into deployable artifacts — tables, fields, business rules, and reports.

We’re looking for ServiceNow developers or admins to validate the deployment workflow using their own dev instance and service account credentials.

You’ll connect your instance (or Dev instance), run 5 real user stories, deploy each one, and provide quick written feedback.

The full test should take under an hour.

What You’ll Do

Connect your ServiceNow dev instance

Use a service account with admin or equivalent permissions.

Must allow dictionary writes (to create tables and fields).

Run 5 real user stories

Use real backlog-type requests (e.g., ITSM, Catalog, CMDB, HR).

Example: “As an ITAM Manager, I want to track physical and virtual tokens as assets and CIs.”

Let Nexus generate the plan, review it, and deploy to your instance.

Deploy all 5 plans

Run full deploys

Take quick screenshots showing created artifacts (tables, fields, rules).

Note any errors or unexpected logic.

Submit short written feedback

For each story:

accuracy (1–5)

what worked / what didn’t

any deploy errors or odd results

estimated time saved vs manual build

include your Run ID (displayed in-app)

Add one short summary: overall impression + top friction points.

Deliverables

5 story runs- distinct use-cases - run_ids + screenshots

5 deploys - executed via service account - screenshots or short clips

feedback forms - one per story - provided Google Form

summary report 1–2 paragraphs total text doc or message

Requirements

2+ years ServiceNow admin or developer experience

Active personal/dev instance (not production)

Access to a service account with required permissions

Familiarity with catalog items, tables, and business rules

Honest, detail-oriented feedback
