Urgent: Senior Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack

We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack to build high-quality, scalable, clean, and reusable applications and solutions as part of the Connected Customer Experience (CCX) team. The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 15+ years of related experience building enterprise-grade applications
• 10+ years of Full Stack Development expertise
• Experience with GenAI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), or Agentic AI systems
• Proficient in modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React, with strong JavaScript development skills

The Senior Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing next-generation AI Agents that power intelligent automation and enhance user experiences.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate with a higher degree of autonomy.
