ServiceNow Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to join our team at Peoplefy. This role is ideal for individuals with strong expertise in ServiceNow, particularly with the CMDB Module and Components. Key responsibilities include:

• Administrating and configuring ServiceNow with 5+ years of experience.
• Maintaining knowledge of core ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management.
• Implementing ITIL processes within ServiceNow.

As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving business efficiency and effectiveness through automation, workflow management, and reporting.
