ServiceNow Developer- GRC

Job Description

• 5 years of experience with ServiceNow required, including hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 3-4 years of experience with ServiceNow and GRC/IRM in an enterprise production environment.
• ServiceNow implementation experience for solutions configuration and customization of all components of the ServiceNow GRC product and Audit Management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog).
• Ability to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications.
• Ability to leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs.
• Experience working with Agile teams' methodologies and tools in a virtual environment.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Possesses a passion for advising and guiding customers on maximizing product benefits and staying up-to-date on the latest features.
• Can create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, UI scripts.
• Capable of troubleshooting basic configuration/script issues.
• Demonstrates a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Works independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services.
• Exhibits punctual and attentive attendance at project meetings, including requirements review and validation sessions, SCRUM ceremonies.
• Utilizes strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
