Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow expert to lead the design, development and implementation of our IT service management (ITSM) platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Servicenow and its applications in ITOM, ITAM and ITSM.

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement scalable and efficient solutions using Servicenow.
• Expertise in configuration management database (CMDB), discovery and servicemapping ensuring accuracy and integration with other tools.
• To support integrations between Servicenow and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.
• Provide technical expertise in incident, problem, change, request, asset and operations management within the Servicenow ecosystem.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Document technical solutions, configurations and standard operating procedures.
• Stay current with Servicenow releases, features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one certification in ITSM or related field.
• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Servicenow modules.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, discovery, servicemapping and integrations.
• Experience with scripting and workflow automation within Servicenow.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
