As a Performance Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing and resolving challenging issues for our Technical Support team, focusing on Performance and instance availability.
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong inter-personal skills in addition to technical skills. You'll need to work outside of normal business hours as needed. To succeed, you should have experience integrating AI into work processes, troubleshooting difficult technical issues, and working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle). Advanced Unix/Linux experience and knowledge of web application components are also essential.
