Assess current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and optimization.

  • Define and document functional and technical requirements, user stories, and process flows for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and technical teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
  • Support ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integrations as needed.
  • Conduct process validation, UAT coordination, and end-user training.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and ServiceNow administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other relevant ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience with workflow automation, process mapping, and business process modeling.
  • Ability to write detailed functional and technical specifications, business cases, and test scripts.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
