Assess current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and optimization.
- Define and document functional and technical requirements, user stories, and process flows for ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and technical teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
- Support ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integrations as needed.
- Conduct process validation, UAT coordination, and end-user training.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and ServiceNow administrators.
- Ensure compliance with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other relevant ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Experience with workflow automation, process mapping, and business process modeling.
- Ability to write detailed functional and technical specifications, business cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
