Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Chicago, IL/Dallas, TX (Hybrid Work)

Job Description:

  • Experience as a Senior Architect consultant
  • Candidates should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and transformations.
  • Candidate should have Knowledge on ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring
  • Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
  • Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development
  • Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances.
  • Experienced in leading end to end Implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, S2P and CMDB.
  • Strong work experience and associated with projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.
  • Candidate should have strong knowledge of HRSD, WSD, S2P design and implementation and transformation for large customers.
  • Mentor and share technical knowledge guidance to team.
  • Design technical solutions and best practices guidance based on customer requirements and convert them to functional requirements.
  • Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
  • Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL industry standards.
  • Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HRSD, WSD and S2P and ITIL V3 foundation.
  • Experience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle and ServiceNow HAM SAM Pro features and functions.
  • Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
  • Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
  • Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Greenfield, Replatform, Consolidation and Migration Experience Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from the definition phase through implementation.
  • Review work of development team and provide best practice
  • Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Communicate and enforce coding standards Develop and utilize deep platform knowledge and expertise in Workflow Configuration
  • Deep understanding of Application UI Configuration and Custom apps.
  • Coaching and mentoring others and responsible for their career development, education, and certification commensurate with the requirements of the practice strategy

Job Title: ServiceNow Lead

Location: Chicago, IL/Dallas, TX (Hybrid Work)

Job Description:

  • Experience in development and implementation of SAM using ServiceNow SAM Tool.
  • Integration experience includes but not limited to SaaS, S Procurement, CSD, Cloud Discovery etc., and other software discovery and license management tools like Flexera, adobe ,Citrix ,Microsoft publisher packs
  • Strong knowledge on software licensing across major publishers like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, VMWare)Strong knowledge on ServiceNow Discovery, HAM and CMDB modules.
  • Experience in customer management and project management SAM lifecycle and discovery tools experience
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow SAM processes and functions Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions
  • Facilitate business needs on selected products to ensure that maintenance, support, and upgrade protection renewals are managed handled ordered in advance of their expiration
  • Experience in interpreting and designing complex workflows
  • Experience in reconciling software license positions
  • Experience in Java, JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML Knowledge on Contract Management Knowledge of ServiceNow Orchestration and PACertified in SAM Pro.
  • CIS-SAM Pro Certified System Administrator CSA
  • Good to have ITIL V3V4 foundation certification
  • CMDB Micro certification Behavioral competency
  • Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively
  • Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
  • Good-to-Have ITIL V3V4 foundation certification CMDB Micro certification
