Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect/Project Lead with a strong background in ServiceNow architecture and development to lead cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise IT service management solutions out of Ashburn, VA. HYBRID Position - role requires an ACTIVE Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Technical Architect:

· Lead end-to-end technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, including architecture, development, and integration

· Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming for development teams.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

· Oversee ServiceNow platform enhancements, module implementations (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), and custom workflows

· Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators on ServiceNow architecture and scripting.

Qualifications of the ServiceNow Technical Architect:

· 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development, including scripting, integrations, and module configuration.

· Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in IT service delivery environments.

· Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

· Experience managing technical teams and working in SCIF or secure environments is a plus.

· ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred.

· DHS/CBP Clearance highly preferred, Top Secret Clearance required

· Bachelor's degree in related field

Compensation for the ServiceNow Technical Architect:

· Salary: Between $150,000 - $185,000 Based on years of experience
