Key responsibilities include: Interacting with teams, participating in the definition and implementation of a ServiceNow framework and solutions, providing guidance on industry best practices, defining process and technical requirements, and ensuring successful system improvements and performance.
The successful candidate will have 1+ years' experience with Security, Risk, & Finance solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ITIL V4 Foundation certification, and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
