• Lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.

Required qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, 5 - 7 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration, proven track record of successful implementations.
