Enterprise ITOM Solutions Specialist About the Role:

• We are seeking a skilled specialist to strengthen enterprise CMDB data, implement Discovery and Service Mapping, and ensure integrations with monitoring tools. This role is perfect for professionals with deep ITOM knowledge, hands-on scripting, and integration experience, who want to drive enterprise-scale operations automation. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Discovery and Service Mapping solutions to enhance business process efficiency.
• Maintain and govern CMDB data models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Configure and manage Event Management and MID Servers to optimize system performance.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with external monitoring tools such as Splunk and SolarWinds.
• Define and enforce CMDB data governance policies to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with architects to align ITOM solutions with Configuration Item Service Directory Management (CSDM). Requirements:
• • Strong experience in CMDB modeling, governance, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Knowledge of MID Server configuration and CSDM.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
