ServiceNow Support Specialist
At FedTec, we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain the smooth operation of our ServiceNow environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure stability and operability.
- Provide expert support to end-users regarding the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT service management principles, general IT operations, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Additionally, this role involves collaboration with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
Key qualifications include:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology operations
- Experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, networking, Office 365, and Azure
- Familiarity with IT security policies
