Compensation Information
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.
Senior ServiceNow Developer| Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $123,700.00
ServiceNow Developer II| Pay Range: $76,000.00 - $96,900.00
ServiceNow Developer I | Pay Range: $62,500.00 - $76,550.00

Our ITSM team plays a vital role in that mission, and we’re seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to enhance and expand the platform that drives our operations. This role offers the opportunity to develop and optimize our ServiceNow environment within a mission-critical setting that supports the bulk electric grid and wholesale power markets.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with Flow Designer and Integration Hub (replacing generic scripting).
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., CMDB, and ERP systems).
- Work across incidents, changes, baselines, and other ITIL processes to ensure strong alignment between technology and energy-industry demands.
- Participate in support/maintenance of mission-critical applications.
- Contribute to software development life cycle best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor.

To be successful as a ServiceNow Developer, candidates should have:
- Senior ServiceNow Developer: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field, plus six (6) years of applicable Information Technology Development/Support experience OR Eight (8) years equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Developer II - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field, plus three (3) years experience of Information Technology Development/Support experience OR Five (5) years of equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Developer I -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field OR Two (2) years equivalent work experience
- Proven working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform: Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Change, CMDB, ITAM), ideally in a regulated or operations-intensive environment
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices, incident/change management, baseline configuration control.
Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Additional certifications in ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM are a plus.

Position Type, Location, and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, hybrid onsite position based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Fully remote options may be available for senior-level candidates residing outside a 50-mile radius of Little Rock, Arkansas (Central Arkansas). The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours as needed.
Travel Requirement
This position requires minimal travel (approximately 10%).
