Job Description:

• Collect and refine customer requirements through collaboration with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel.
• Process functional design specs based on user requirements to identify improvements in business or systems processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance required. Sponsorship will not be provided.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.
• 18 years of overall related experience.
• Creating and grooming well-defined Epics and Stories for ServiceNow developers.
• Planning, leading, and facilitating high-level and detailed requirements gathering discussions with customers.
• Creating and maintaining requirements documentation.
• Maintaining Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) and supporting system testing and user acceptance efforts.
