ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to support a strategic HR transformation initiative leveraging ServiceNow HRSD.

This role will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing workflows, and supporting integration efforts across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration, proven experience in workflow design and technical documentation, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a BSA, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow HRSD
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration
• Proven experience in workflow design and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with UAT planning and execution Benefits
