Job Description

The Sr. Technical Consultant, Security Operations role at ServiceNow brings together technical expertise and customer outcomes to accelerate business success. This key position is responsible for consulting with customers, configuring ServiceNow SecOps products, and driving consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure ServiceNow SecOps products using best practices focused on configuration vs. customization.
• Support engagements efforts for SecOps process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis during workshops with customer sponsors and stakeholders.
• Advise customers on taking advantage of the ServiceNow SecOps Solution's standard capabilities to improve their SecOps processes.
• Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and SecOps Solution technology.
• Guide customers in completing required documentation, drafting user stories, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide ad-hoc oversight and training for future system administrators and lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Be a lead member of an engagement project team focused on delivering successful customer outcomes.

Requirements:

• Canadian Citizen required.
• Bilingual (English/French) with advanced proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and CIS-VR or CIS-SIR micro-certifications.
• At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in an SecOps environment.
• Experience with Web Technologies and SaaS technologies.
• Strong understanding of leading SecOps and related systems and tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity.
