Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the Opportunity

CACI is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Development Team on the All Spark program. You will support our client with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple ServiceNow applications. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, SPM, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, and custom application development.
• Help develop code, unit test, conduct code reviews, check in code, and assist in building the code pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules; configure application UI, workflow, and API.
• Create and maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform in all environments.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and manage updates and configuration changes/requests.
• Plan data ingestion from different legacy sources, design data architecture, and reconcile data based on the chosen authoritative source.
• Advance ServiceNow Service Portal implementation by leveraging customizations and widget capabilities.
• Leverage UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.
• Develop applications and modules using scripted REST APIs and customized notifications, approvals, and inbound email actions.
• Coordinate with multiple departments within and outside of the customer's organization to accomplish project tasks.
• Operate as an independent self-starter, proactive in developing solutions and solving business problems using ServiceNow.
