The Senior ServiceNow CSM Consultant has CSM solutions design and implementation expertise. Must have ServiceNow Certified Implementation - CSM certification and 3-5+ years' experience implementing CSM. What you'll do at Infocenter
Work with internal personnel on projects involving multiple disciplines.
Ability to troubleshoot issues.
Understand highly technical problems and be able to suggestion solutions.
Work closely with Infocenter teammates to ensure timely delivery of product and coordination of technology resources at client locations.
Serve as a licensing expert.
Develop and maintain expertise on the manufacturer's products, programs, competition and the industry
Maintain a knowledge set of new technologies.
Other duties as assigned. What you'll need to join Infocenter
BS in Computer Science (or in a related field) or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of software industry experience required.
A customer service or support background is also desired.
Having a manufacturer or industry certification is a plus.
Must have exposure to large corporate networks and the skills required to support this type of environment.
Must display high-level troubleshooting competencies.
Proven track record of managing a successful business a plus.
Must have exceptional communication skills including written, oral and presentation.
Must possess strong analytical skills.
Must have exceptional interpersonal skills to work with clients.
Must be able to work independently.
Due to the ever-changing nature of the industry, incumbents must keep abreast of the software solutions offered by manufacturers and their direct competitors.
