ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our team. As a key member of our elite group, you will re-imagine how ServiceNow works in a dynamic cruise environment with real-world impact across ships, shoreside operations, and safety.

You will administer and support 60+ self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances running in a Linux environment. Your responsibilities will include configuring, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow modules, building and supporting low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow development, troubleshooting platform and Linux-related issues, and collaborating across IT and business teams to deliver clean, documented workflows.

Required skills include 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, working knowledge of Linux, basic development understanding, and API familiarity. Strong analytical skills, communication chops, and a passion for learning are also essential.
