ServiceNow System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow system administrator to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in IT service management, IT operations management, and security management will enable us to deliver exceptional results to our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to formulate specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform, provide technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. You will also evaluate the performance of the ServiceNow platform, isolate and debug software problems, and make recommendations for problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, IT operations management, and security management, with at least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform. They should also have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or a minimum eight years equivalent work experience, as well as ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Formulate specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform
• Provide technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform
• Evaluate the performance of the ServiceNow platform
• Isolate and debug software problems
• Make recommendations for problem resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or a minimum eight years equivalent work experience
• At least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification
• ITIL Certification preferred
