• Collaborate with a pre-sales team of AI specialists to enhance customer work processes using ServiceNow Generative AI
• Contribute to the development of AI solutions that address complex business challenges
• Assist in driving and closing AI opportunities in partnership with the sales team
• Deliver demonstrations of AI-powered solutions to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and virtually
• Scope and conduct proof-of-concept/value engagements with potential clients What is Required (Qualifications)
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting work experience
• 3+ years of experience selling AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models, particularly in Generative AI
• Strong presentation skills for articulating AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Development experience with cloud-based AI platforms, particularly with Nvidia Nemo and Microsoft Azure
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the work week to support technical sales activities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Certification in a major AI platform, such as Microsoft Azure
• Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
• Familiarity with large relational/NoSQL data stores and data transformation techniques for AI models
