ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

A leading business and technology transformation partner is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their new team.

The role requires obtaining Security Check (SC) clearance, which involves residing continuously in the UK for the last 5 years.

This is a remote/flexible UK-wide opportunity, with occasional visits to local offices.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing ServiceNow workflow applications, utilising Experience Layer components, and integrating external systems using APIs.

Requirements include proven ServiceNow expertise, customer and employee insights, technical proficiency in JavaScript/HTML/CSS, integration skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
