The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the technical implementation of IT service management platforms, ensuring seamless delivery of outcomes and value to customers. This individual will be responsible for managing project teams, providing expert guidance on platform implementation, and driving technical innovation. Main Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for implementing ServiceNow platforms, aligning with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient IT service management solutions.
- Implementation Excellence
- Ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow platforms, focusing on high-quality results and timely completion.
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored implementation strategies to meet their specific requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service management, with at least 4-5 years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience as a consultant.
- Proven track record of successfully directing significant ServiceNow projects in IT service management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of industry regulations or compliance standards relevant to MSP operations.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and integration tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
