The role involves leading project execution, overseeing resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while contributing to the company’s growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects using ServiceNow HRSD ITSM and ITAM to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
• Utilize domain skills in program management to enhance project outcomes and deliver value.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote team success.
• Contribute to the company’s mission by delivering high-quality projects that positively impact society.

Skills

• 12 to 13 years of experience in managing complex projects
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow HRSD ITSM and ITAM
• Strong program management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
• PMP Certification
• Ability to work in and adapt to changing environments
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
