ServiceNow Solution Architect - Solution Architecture & Planning

We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to support a key client account. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the client's internal ServiceNow team, contributing to the platform's strategic development and operational excellence.

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, scalable solutions that meet the client's business needs. You'll translate complex requirements into actionable designs, provide technical leadership, and ensure alignment with best practices across the platform. You'll also collaborate with both client stakeholders and delivery teams to drive value and maintain platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and technical governance across the ServiceNow platform
• Define and enforce coding standards across development teams working on the platform
• Design and document high-level solution architectures and technical artefacts
• Act as an escalation point for resolving complex technical issues and development blockers
• Identify and log opportunities for continuous improvement across the platform and processes
• Support platform health monitoring and contribute to proactive maintenance strategies
• Participate in technical triage and resolution of major incidents when required
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to influence key decisions and drive value
