• *The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business and IT strategies.

This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, integrations, and governance, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability across implementations. Solution Design & Architecture

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage ServiceNow best practices. Define architectural standards, patterns, and reusable components to ensure consistency. Create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and integration blueprints.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business process owners, IT leadership, and delivery teams to ensure alignment.

Provide architectural guidance to ServiceNow developers, administrators, and project managers.

Present solution designs and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
