About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow CPQ LOGIK.Ai Architect to design scalable, AI-driven CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions using ServiceNow’s Logik.Ai platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of CPQ and Logik.Ai integrations.
- Define product modelingand pricing logic.
- Collaborate with sales,product, and engineering teams.
- Ensure CPQ automation aligns with businessstrategy.
- Mentor configuration engineersand oversee technical delivery.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in ServiceNow; 3+ in CPQ/Logik.Ai.
- Strong knowledge of product configuration rules, pricing, and AI models.
- ServiceNow Architect or CPQ certification preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
