About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead enterprise-scale CMDB design, implementation, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM , CMDB best practices, and discovery/service mapping processes. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to align technical architecture with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and maintain an enterprise-scale CMDB within ServiceNow.
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure accurate, up-to-date configuration data.
• Ensure adherence to CMDB best practices and ITIL guidelines.
• Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, and other stakeholders to integrate CMDB with broader IT processes.
• Provide guidance on CMDB health, governance, and compliance .
• Troubleshoot complex CMDB issues and provide scalable solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members on CMDB architecture and ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping .
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT operations processes.
• Proven expertise in enterprise-scale CMDB architecture and implementation .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
• Ability to work remotely and manage stakeholders effectively.
