ServiceNow Technical Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on new and existing features, enhancements, and defect resolution on one or more of ServiceNow platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile Framework and have implemented core modules (ITSM, TSOM) of ServiceNow with minimum hands-on experience in development for at least 4 years. They should also have integration experience (bi-Directional REST/SOAP) and considerable experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GIT, and ServiceNow Specific scripting components.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot scalable and reusable software systems: 3-tier and cloud-based systems.
• Act as liaison between external vendors and internal product, business, engineering, and design teams.
• Provide technical support to build, motivate, guide, scale, and mentor team members including performance management coaching.
• Actively participate in coding exercises and peer code reviews as part of the development life cycles and change management.
