Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Portfolio Management Professional to join our Agile team, working on strategic projects with a focus on delivering high-value solutions.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis and Insights: Gather and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions. Use data visualization tools to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize business processes, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
• Change Management: Develop and execute plans to manage change, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Key Skills and Qualifications
• ServiceNow Portfolio Management: Hands-on experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow SPM modules, including Project Management, Ideation, Finance Management, Time Management, Resource Management, etc.
• Agile Methodologies: Proven experience working in Agile environments, attending daily stand-ups, and collaborating closely with Product Owners and stakeholders.
