Sr. ServiceNow Developer Role

• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of custom applications, workflows, and integrations that streamline business processes and enhance service delivery within ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM application scopes.
• Bolster platform configuration, scripting with JavaScript and Glide, integration with third-party applications, testing, and deployment to meet business needs in ITSM, ITAM (HAM, SAM), and ITOM.
• Exhibit expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) ensuring data accuracy, health, and integration with discovery tools.
• Foster seamless integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems guaranteeing efficient data flow and process automation.
• Provide technical guidance on incident, problem, change, request, asset, and operations management within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages and APIs
• Experience with platform configuration, customization, and integration
• Understanding of ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM application scopes
