Servicing Enterprise Clients with ServiceNow SAM

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) services to enterprise clients utilizing the ServiceNow platform. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to deepen their expertise in ServiceNow SAM while contributing directly to high-visibility client projects.

The role involves working closely with global consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate data, aligned processes, and consistent service delivery. Your responsibilities as a Senior ServiceNow ITAM Operations Consultant include:

• Configuring and maintaining modules within the ServiceNow SAMPro platform such as Contracts, Entitlements, Software Models, Discovery Maps, Normalization, and Reconciliation.
• Linking entitlements to contracts and setting up license metrics including custom conditions like Client Access Licenses (CALs).
• Executing structured data imports while ensuring alignment with change control practices and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Supporting the creation and delivery of dashboard reports and platform health checks.
• Assisting in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), configuration guides, and client reference documentation.
• Helping develop and maintain reusable templates and tools to streamline delivery across client environments.
