• Define and evolve ServiceNow portfolio across ITxx, HRSD, CSM, IRM, SPM, AI and industry-specific solutions.
• Develop differentiated offerings, IPs, accelerators and frameworks for go-to-market strategies.

Mentor practice leaders and cultivate pipeline of next-generation ServiceNow talent.
