ServiceNow Support Specialist: A Key Role in IT Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Support Specialist to join our team at FedTec. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management (ITSM) principles, and general IT operations.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Troubleshooting incidents related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.
- Providing support to end-users regarding the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborating with other IT teams for seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, help desk processes, Office 365, and Azure.
