• Event correlation & noise reduction using ML
• Service mapping & dependency modeling
• Anomaly detection & automated remediation
• Self-healing through Flow Designer & Orchestration

As a ServiceNow AIOps professional at Panzer Technologies, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring AIOps features to improve the efficiency and reliability of our IT services. You will work closely with our team to integrate monitoring tools and CMDB, correlate events, reduce noise using machine learning, and develop service mapping and dependency models.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow AIOps, including Event Management, Health Log Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and Operational Intelligence. You should also be proficient in integrating monitoring tools and CMDB, event correlation, noise reduction using ML, service mapping, and anomaly detection.
