ServiceNow CMDB Architect

Leading enterprise-scale CMDB design, implementation and optimization with ServiceNow requires a deep understanding of ITSM/ITOM, CMDB best practices, and discovery/service mapping processes. Key responsibilities include architecting and maintaining an enterprise-scale CMDB within ServiceNow, implementing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for accurate configuration data, ensuring adherence to CMDB best practices and ITIL guidelines, and collaborating with IT stakeholders to integrate CMDB with broader IT processes.
