ServiceNow CMDB Architect

Job Summary

Collegedunia is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead enterprise-scale CMDB design, implementation and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, CMDB best practices and discovery/service mapping processes.

• Architect, design and maintain an enterprise-scale CMDB within ServiceNow
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure accurate up-to-date configuration data
• Ensure adherence to CMDB best practices and ITIL guidelines
• Collaborate with ITSM ITOM and other stakeholders to integrate CMDB with broader IT processes
• Provide guidance on CMDB health governance and compliance
• Troubleshoot complex CMDB issues and provide scalable solutions
• Mentor and guide team members on CMDB architecture and ServiceNow best practices
