Job Description

As a Senior ServiceNow ITAM Operations Consultant, you will support delivery of IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management services for enterprise clients using the ServiceNow platform. This role offers hands-on experience in configuring SAM data, supporting entitlement and contract management processes, and enabling successful platform operations.

You'll work closely with global consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality data, aligned processes, and consistent service delivery.
