ServiceNow Developer – Order Management & Service Catalog / Portals (Freelance – 100 Remote)

About the Job

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our international team in driving digital innovation in the travel-tech sector.

Your main mission will be to design, implement, and optimize Order Management, Service Catalog, and Portals on ServiceNow, working in a multicultural and distributed team across Europe, India, and Vietnam.

The selected candidate will collaborate with architects, product owners, and offshore developers, contributing directly to the quality and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.

• Build, deliver, and maintain advanced ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
• Analyze requirements and propose efficient, standardized solutions.
• Develop and optimize ServiceNow portals with advanced customization.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow development, specifically in Order Management and Service Catalog.
• Experience developing advanced portals and custom interfaces.
