ServiceNow Developer – Order Management & Service Catalog / Portals (Freelance – 100 Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our international technology team driving digital innovation in the travel-tech sector. The selected candidate will collaborate with architects, product owners, and offshore developers, contributing directly to the quality and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.

• The main mission is to design, implement, and optimize Order Management, Service Catalog, and Portals on ServiceNow, working in a multicultural and distributed team across Europe, India, and Vietnam.
• Key responsibilities include building, delivering, and maintaining advanced ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs, analyzing requirements, and proposing efficient, standardized solutions.
• The successful candidate will also mentor junior/mid-level developers, provide technical guidance, ensure high-quality code and integrations, and suggest continuous improvements to optimize development processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years in ServiceNow development, specifically in Order Management and Service Catalog
• Experience developing advanced portals and custom interfaces
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
