ServiceNow Technical Lead

Job Summary

R1 RCM India, a top healthcare industry revenue cycle management company, is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the development and maintenance of their ServiceNow platform. This role requires technical expertise in solution design, pro-code development using JavaScript and APIs, integration with other systems, and stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will lead and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of applications for ITSM, ITOM, and other modules. Main Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions.
• Solution Design: Develop end-to-end architecture blueprints for ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user interfaces (Service Portal, Next Experience).
• Integration: Build and maintain integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Mentoring & Guidance: Provide technical guidance and training to development teams.
• Governance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
