Description:

• Implement and configure new ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
• Work on integrating new groups into ServiceNow for request management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications and external tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve and automate ticket creations and notifications within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure the platform remains optimized, secure, and scalable as we continue to expand its capabilities.

Requirements:

• With Strong 9+yrs experience with ServiceNow development and workflow and integration experience with SAP EC, and optionally Sailpoint.
• Hands on experience with latest ServiceNow upgrade - Zurich required.
• ServiceNow with FORMS experience.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
