ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant / Developer

Job Description:

Must be US Citizen Federal clearance: Secret ServiceNow certified resource in one or more of the following domains; ITSM, CSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM

• Has significant experience and success in lead roles for large enterprise ServiceNow implementations (preferred experience in Healthcare sector)
• Provide direction on keeping engagements aligned to ServiceNow implementation best practices and gives hands-on assistance with the detailed design and implementation phases of engagements through recommendations, points of view and documentation
• Manages developer resources (up to 5) and provides guidance on more complex tasks
• A technical leader who documents the overall solution design and helps to analyze the impact of new requirements.
• Defines and communicates, at an architectural and design level, technical solutions aligned with business problems and systems architecture.
• Collaborates with Business Process Analysts and ServiceNow Architects to transform requirements into stories, or enhance stories, by providing Best Practice design input on the technical aspects of the implementation.
• Leads technical design definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current and to-be processes during workshops with key sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensures technical governance and policies are being adhered to.
• Advise the Dell Program Manager on program management activities (program and technical governance, scope estimation, timelines, release planning, UAT)
• Supports discovery sessions/workshops, documents high level solution overview, and presents demonstration of such functionality to validate use cases to enable the onboarding of new functionality to the ServiceNow platform
• Provides input to story development (i.e. requirements definition, solutioning, design decision documentation)
• Create ad-hoc work products to facilitate Client meetings (i.e. demo, powerpoints, data analysis, etc.)
• Create and deliver project collateral as identified, agreed upon and validated by Dell PM
